The program was great! Lots of fun. The class was phenomenal – they were very engaged, well-behaved, and extremely smart. It is such a joy to be part of JA.

I had an incredible time teaching the kids! My favourite part was when one child said “it’s lunch already?! The morning flew by!”

I love volunteering with Junior Achievement! If you’ve ever wondered about how you can give back to your community and set up tomorrow’s leaders for success, this is a stupendous way.

Fantastic Grade 5 program. Kids love the mix of information and hands on activities. Each week they look forward to hearing something new.

I was so nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get through the class to listen to me. But I need not have worried. The students were so excited and interested. It was a blast!
Seeing how the kids apply what they learn with such enthusiasm is a great reward and keeps me coming back!

I can’t remember when I’ve enjoyed volunteering more! The kids were so awesome. The More Than Money program is a great intro to money management when kids need it most – before they start earning.

JA gives me the opportunity to talk to kids about how they can set themselves up for success. It’s incredibly inspiring to see the light bulb go on in kids’ heads when they begin to understand how they can easily change and shape their future.

My first experience with JA was when the program came to my school in Grade 7. I will never forget my experience, and it led me on a path to business. I now work as a business leader, and the encouragement and drive I got from JA made me who I am.

Our grade 5 and 6 students were completely engaged in our presentation. Through varied activities, students’ knowledge and skills about business management grew. They were able to apply their learning in a cross-curricula business planning project. Our presenters were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and related well to our students. We enjoyed the program so much that is has expanded to a JA day for the rest of our school. We look forward to having the program again next year.

Grade 3 at Darwell School participated in the Our Community: Needs, Jobs and Tools. The program fit the curriculum and our presenter made the information fun to learn. We are experts at explaining the Money Circle! Thank you.
